From maintenance issues to high rental fees, navigating housing as a first-time or long-time renter can be tough in Philly, where 48% of residents rent their homes. But several local organizations and programs help Philly renters stay housed by connecting them to the right support systems.

The union will also be running its annual tenant organizing conference on March 28 at Asian Arts Initiative.
