A top executive at the school has accused the former CEO of rigging the admissions lottery. 📱SVU Detective Under Fire for Vulgar Tweets

Ron Kahlan, a Philadelphia Police Department detective who investigates sex crimes, is under internal investigation for a series of crude and derogatory sexual comments about women posted on his Twitter account over the years. Kahlan has been assigned to investigate allegations of sexual misconduct against Antoine Smith, a Temple University assistant football coach.
