🚚 Philly Truck Driver Died in I-95 Crash
A day after the tanker truck crash which led to the collapse of a portion of I-95, officials found human remains in the rubble. Family members identified him as 53-year-old Nathaniel “Nate” Moody. Moody, an Army veteran and father of four, was a truck driver for ten years, and often drove that same route in and around the I-95 ramp, according to his family. [NBC10]

🍖 Flavored by Philly Finalists
Herr’s announced the finalists for its second annual Flavored by Philly contest, which features three limited edition chip flavors inspired by local eateries. This year’s finalists are John’s Roast Pork, Mike’s BBQ, and Corropolese Bakery. 🖌️ New Mural Honors Student Lost to Gun Violence
Roxborough High School unveiled a mural this week in honor of 14-year-old Nicolas Elizalde, who was killed in an ambush shooting during a football scrimmage outside the school last September. Elizalde attended classes at W. B Saul High, and played football at Roxborough. Local artist Calo Rosa and students from both schools collaborated to bring their unique design to life. The mural features imagery of things that were important to Elizaldle, like his Mexican heritage and love of playing football. [NBC10]

A tanker truck caught fire beneath I-95 Sunday morning, causing the northbound lanes of the highway to collapse. Repairs are expected to take months.
