Approximately four million people per year flock to gawk at the iconic Rocky Balboa statue in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Now, fictional boxing fans can pick up some exclusive, officially licensed “Rocky” swag at the tourism outpost currently installed by the statue. Sly Stallone himself came up with the idea during a recent visit, and partially funded the project. Expect boxing shorts, T-shirts, and even a recreation of Balboa’s classic fedora. 🛫 PHL Gets a New Brunch Spot

Last month, PHL ranked last among similarly-sized airports in North America in terms of customer satisfaction, according to the data analytics company J.D. Power. However, things are already looking up: next spring the airport is getting an outpost of the beloved local chain Sabrina’s Cafe. The menu hasn’t been released yet, but here’s hoping their cannoli French toast and lemon ricotta pancakes make it to the terminal. [X, formerly Twitter]

💰 PA House Advances Bill Amid Overdue Budget

Partisan disagreements have delayed approval of parts of the state’s budget — now three months into the fiscal year — so Democrats are trying a work-around in order to send money to Pennsylvania universities. The state House passed legislation that puts hundreds of millions of dollars into a grant program that would subsidize the tuition of in-state students.
