Where Is It?
Welcome back to our weekly test of how well you know Philly’s massive collection of public art! Like always, I’ll show you a photo of some art, and you’ll tell me where it is.
Last week’s mural was submitted by Hey Philly reader Antonina A.:

You can find this mural on Spring Garden Street between 19th and 20th. It’s painted on the side of SEIU Local 668, a union that represents social service employees across Pennsylvania, like caseworkers, school psychologists, and 911 operators.
Shoutout to Hey Philly readers Skeet J. and Jon S. for identifying the location!

So … where is it? Send me an email, or let me know here.
Remember the rules: No Googling (or Google Maps-ing) — answer from your memory only! Try to be as specific as possible.

Today on City Cast
If you're an unarmed guard working directly for a company, like a grocery store or a bar, there's literally nothing, no regulation whatsoever.
The Wild West of Private Security Guards
In gas stations, bars, and shops in the city, it’s not uncommon to see private security guards, some openly carrying large firearms. But a recent investigation by The Philadelphia Inquirer found Pennsylvania has some of the most archaic laws in the country regarding the private security industry. City Cast Philly podcast executive producer Laura Benshoff speaks with Inquirer investigative reporter Samantha Melamed about what needs to change to make the public — and guards — safer.

Have a great Wednesday!
