A Democrat from Allegheny County and a Republican from Luzerne County started circulating a memo in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives yesterday, asking their colleagues to cosponsor legislation that would legalize recreational marijuana for adults. [WESA]

- The last time Philly had two consecutive 100-degree days was in July 2011.
- Philly’s longest streak of 90-plus-degree days lasted 18 days, in July-August 1988. The summer of ’88 also saw four 100-degree days 😬
