Amid a budget shortfall, SEPTA leadership wants to get rid of the discount for using a SEPTA Key on all forms of transit starting Dec. 1, as well as change the pricing of many Regional Rail rides. Under the new plan, bus, subway, and trolley rides would increase from $2 with a SEPTA Key to $2.50. [CBS3]

Philly-based federal officials say they’ve taken down 32 websites related to investigations into the Russian government’s efforts to influence this year’s American presidential election.
