✈️ Customers are Not Satisfied With PHL
For the fourth consecutive year, Philadelphia International Airport has ranked last in customer satisfaction among 27 similarly-sized airports, according to a J.D Power survey. PHL’s leadership says they have identified improvement needs, especially ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and MLB All-Star games. [Inquirer]
🌲 Philly Receives $12M to Improve Tree Canopy
Expect to soon see more greenery and bask in more shade soon, as the city, School District of Philadelphia, and several nonprofits have been awarded a $12 million USDA federal grant to increase the city’s tree canopy to 30%. Neighborhoods with canopy disparities experience temperature differences of up to 22 degrees. [WHYY]
