⚖️ Legal Win for Krasner

The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ruled yesterday that the articles of impeachment against Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner introduced by state legislators in 2022 became “null and void” when the legislative session ended later that year. [AP]

🏟️ Some Aramark Workers Keep Working

Aramark has had corporate employees ready to work concessions at the South Philly sports complex as its workers’ union strikes, but it hasn’t had to use them since hundreds of union members have been showing up to work anyway. 🥩 Three More Beef Bandits?

Three men were arrested in Northeast Philly this week for allegedly attempting to steal 1,600 pounds of frozen beef from a tractor-trailer. Authorities say the attempted theft was connected to the so-called “Operation Beef Bandit” bust along the New Jersey Turnpike earlier this month. [6ABC]
