🗳️ The Never-Ending Senate Saga
Republican Senate candidate Dave McCormick sued Philadelphia’s Board of Commissioners for counting more than 600 ballots that voters failed to date or incorrectly dated. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said such ballots should not be counted. However, Philadelphia and many other counties tallied them anyway. McCormick is leading incumbent Sen. 🪧 Another Philly Strike May Be Brewing
District Council 33 workers might call a strike as they push for higher wages. Representing more than 9,000 workers across various city departments — including sanitation, water department, and prisons — DC 33 is the largest union for city workers. [🔒The Inquirer]
