🏢 Major New Development Planned for South Philly
South Philly’s stadium district could welcome a new development of four residential complexes, an office tower, and an entertainment complex. The project would be located just east of Live! Casino and Hotel. [🔒The Inquirer]
🏳️🌈 City Searching for New LGBTQ+ Affairs Leader
Mayor Cherelle Parker made appointments to two top positions — Candi Jones is now the city’s chief human resources officer and Sabrina Maynard steps in as the city’s budget director. And Celena Morrison-McLean, who served as the executive director of the Office of LGBTQA+ Affairs, has left her position for unknown reasons. [PhillyVoice]

Kylie Kelce is coming out with her own podcast, Not Gonna Lie, which will debut on Dec. 5 and release new episodes every Thursday. She has made numerous appearances on the Kelce brothers’ podcast, New Heights, and plans to share her opinions on motherhood, stories in sports and entertainment, and social media trends.
