It’s almost warm enough that we should start hearing cicadas soon... and it will be even noisier than last year! This year, we’ll be visited by our good annual cicadas (Neotibicen canicularis) as well as a group of periodic cicadas that are part of Brood XIV. These haven't been out and about since 2007 🫨
