What's CITY Talking About?
🚆 SEPTA Cuts Could Impact Amtrak’s Keystone Line
Amtrak’s Keystone Service Line from Philly to Harrisburg could “cease to exist” under planned SEPTA cuts. Amtrak has warned that losing $7.1 million in annual payments would harm rail infrastructure and service. The cuts could also cause fewer trains between Philly and New York City. [The Inquirer 🔒]

🏫 Trailers Approved for Lincoln High Overcrowding
The city’s zoning board ruled this week that 900 students can attend classes in $11 million trailers this year to relieve overcrowding. The Northeast school has a capacity of 1,700 students, but nearly 2,500 enrolled last year. Some residents in the area opposed the move, citing a lack of community input and the loss of more than 75 parking spaces. [The Inquirer 🔒]
