Good morning, Philly! You guys showed up strong in numbers at last night’s Eagles game (thanks FanDuel?) and getting to next one might be easier. A Common Pleas Court judge ruled yesterday that SEPTA must reverse its service cuts, but is allowing fare hikes to move forward. It is uncertain how long it will take for SEPTA to restore full service and whether the agency will appeal the decision. Meanwhile, SEPTA still lacks the money it says it needs from the state to maintain service levels.

A speeding driver struck and killed 67-year-old cyclist Harry Fenton at the intersection of Belmont Avenue and the Avenue of the Republic on Tuesday morning.
