🚌 Meet New Bus Terminal, Same as Old Bus Terminal

After drawing the ire of commuters and Northern Liberties residents alike with a woefully imperfect temporary bus stop, Greyhound buses may return to the original terminal on Filbert Street. The Philadelphia Parking Authority has plans to renovate and run the station on behalf of the city, and aims to open by May 2026. [🎧 City Cast Philly]

🖼️ Woodmere Art Museum Expands With Second Location

Head up to Chestnut Hill this weekend for the opening of the Woodmere Museum’s new (and from the looks of it, fabulous) Frances M. Maguire Hall for Art & Education. The Victorian mansion will feature about 500 pieces of artwork from Philly-area artists, along with outdoor sculptures and a children’s art studio. [Axios]

📖 New Horror Bookshop Opens in Manayunk

If you like frights beyond Halloween, check out Thrillerdelphia, Philly’s new horror bookstore. Run by the owners of the romance-themed Cupid’s Bookshop, the gothic design of this store makes it the “weird sister to Cupid’s.” [Billy Penn]

After three months in detention, Germantown cafe owner Anou Vongbandith was released on bond. Following several rallies, letter-writing campaigns, and fundraisers, a judge ultimately ruled Vongbandith was not a flight risk nor a danger to the community. [Germantown Info Hub]
