What's CITY Talking About
Franklin Mall Set To Reopen Today
The shopping center formerly known as Franklin Mills had been closed after a fire in one of its stores on Saturday. The mall was put up for sale at the end of last year. Throwback to this very 90s commercial after it first opened. [🎧 City Cast Philly]
AI Cameras To Keep Trolley Zones Clear
After the success that AI cameras on city buses had in catching parking scofflaws, 30 trolleys across six lines will soon have cameras. Warnings for parking violators will be mailed through April 1, after which $51 fines will be issued. [🔒 The Inquirer]
