Justin Nagtalon’s brightly colored, cutesy horned creature has decorated poles, street signs, and walls across the city since the early 2000s. AI’s Influence on Elections
With the rise of deepfake technology, state lawmakers want to create safeguards before darker uses of AI become a larger problem in elections.
